Can I embed a YouTube video in your blog without permission the owner of the videos? What is legal? Youtube do TOS protects me if the owner does not want me to have the video embedded in my blog?
Always good to ask permission, but YouTube allows the person loading the video to set it so no embed code. So usually if Youtube has embed code with the video for you to copy is fair game. If the video turns out to be owned by content (as Warner Bros., etc.) and the owner did not permission to be on Youtube that once removed will say Youtube. In which case, all copies of it embeded stop working.
